Yesterday we arrived in Cuzco! It was cold, but beautiful.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting, the WiFi is very spotty here on the islands. It’s been amazing! I’ve seen tortoises, blue footed boobies, marine iguanas, land iguanas, penguins, sea lions, lava lizards, sea turtles, and more!

My trip is just around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited! We’ve had our last trip meeting before departure and we got all our travel gear. I’ve finally finished all my shopping, too! My next challenge is packing. :)

We also recently got our itinerary. This trip is going to be absolutely incredible. I can’t wait!

As I’ve mentioned before, I’ll be sure to update this blog when I get a chance, which may not be all that often. But I’ll do what I can!

Travel Shopping!

Hey, everyone!
Last weekend I had an awesome chance to go shopping for travel stuff with my mom at Birch Run Outlets. I thought I'd share what I got with you guys.



Here's a list of what I was able to get...

• Swimsuit
• Swim cover-up
• 2 light long sleeve shirts
• 3 light t-shirts
• Hiking pants that can be rolled up to be capris
• Light plaid shirt for layering
• 2 pairs of athletic leggings
• 1 pair of shorts
• Travel wallet

The one shopping trip knocked most things off my list! :)
I'm really getting so excited for this trip!

First Post!

Hey, folks! I'm so excited to get this blog up and running.
Plans for my trip this summer are really starting to become real! It's like I can almost touch it. We recently got our flight information; I'll be traveling from July 1st to July 20th. :) I'm even starting to think about packing!
I'll do my best to update you on what's going on as I prepare for the trip, and I'll post whenever I can while I'm actually traveling! Keep up to date on this blog to see what I'm doing and how it's going.
